Highland,
Walking in last Saturday to see Kingdom Sports in action stopped me dead in my tracks. I was astonished! To see the kids playing basketball in our new home, with the stands filled with family supporting them – what a sight! To see members of the Highland Tribe coming together to serve these kiddos – oh, I was just moved! Coaches, volunteers, supporters – I really appreciate you! The Lord’s name is being honored as we love our neighbors in such a devoted manner! Well done, Highland.

our series through matthew
As I continue to remain before the Lord, I remain between two matters for the sermon this Sunday. Be praying for me as I ask the Lord to reveal His plans regarding the direction we should take. As I continue to ask the Lord for direction, He always makes known to me His plans! Always!! So, I am confident in Him; I just want to listen attentively and follow His lead. Pray that I get myself out of the way, that He may increase. Sermons in this series are available on our audio page.

Games are underway! Check out our game schedule and come when you’re able! Also, volunteering would be a tremendous help. Consider how you might be part of this incredible ministry.
Highland cafe’ & Haircuts
The Highland Cafe continues to open our doors with a welcome from Jesus Christ and a warm cup of coffee. Each weekday morning from 8:30-11:30 offers you the chance to come and serve our neighbors, in honor of our Lord. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee, too! Come, serve and be served, all, in the name of Christ Jesus. Furthermore, snacks and coffee essentials, like cream and sugar, would be most appreciated.
Furthermore, at the cafe’, on February 10th, from 9am to 11am, Brenda Steele is generously offering haircuts to those who are in need of one. Thank you, Brenda! This event is reserved for those who have a need but not the means to get a professional cut. Depending on the turnout this will be a recurring event.
